The WikiLeaks founder has now taken shelter in the Ecuador embassy. Assange fears that his extradition to Sweden will eventually lead to his execution in America for the €political crimes'. He is facing allegations of sexual assault. He denies of the allegations made by the two women from Stockholm. According to Assange once he is extradited to Sweden there are high chances that he will be sent to United States of America to face the charges slapped against him by American government. It is the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations that has stopped the UK government to take action against Assange. According to the convention the host country cannot enter the premises of the embassy (Ecuador in this case); without its permission. Also Julian Assange has said that he would file a case against the government of UK in the International Court of Justice for their act. Assange fears that once he is extradited to America, they might execute him for the perceived €political crimes'.
