Spring is here! With the ski season winding down, more and more people are flocking to the Alps to get in one last run. Fortunately, due to its high altitude, the ski season lasts longer in Les Trois Vallees, so there's plenty of time to get in a little more. However, as its repeat visitors can attest, there's more reason to visit Les Trois Vallees ski resorts than great skiing and a lovely chalet. La Tania and Les Trois Vallees have many activities that make that make jetting to the Alps well worth the trip. Be sure to pack your party clothes along with your ski equipment because there will be one party after another as locals and visitors alike celebrate the coming of spring.

Trois Vallees Enduro

Each year, resorts in the Three Valleys celebrate the coming of spring with the Trois Vallees Enduro. Formerly called the Trois Vallees X-Wing Rally, it is a friendly competition among amateur skiers. The Enduro features many races and events for competitors of all ages, such as the M©ribel Moon Park race, the Triplette des Balleville slalom race, and the Courchevel freeride competition. At the end of the day, there is often a banquet and awards ceremony to attend before retiring to your chalet. La Tania and the Three Valleys will be celebrating their 10th this year so the celebration should be especially fun!

M©ribel€s Pro-Am Race

Every year, M©ribel holds a Pro-Am ski race. This April, French amateur ski teams have been invited to join M©ribel's Pro-Am event for a day of friendly competition€"€" and it's a great way to mark the end of the ski season.

Easter Celebration

This April, many Three Valleys resorts are holding Easter celebrations€"a great way to spend the day out of your chalet. La Tania's neighbours, Val Thorens, Courchevel, and Orelle are all holding Easter celebrations such as egg hunts, mascot parades, and other surprises for children of all ages during Easter Week.

Les Menuires' Boules de Notes

During the third week of April, Boules de Notes, a music festival for children, will be celebrated in Les Menuires. Springtime in the French Alps is a great time for children and there is guaranteed to be plenty of fun activities to keep them happy and entertained!

Charity Day

Another wonderful reason to come and book a chalet, La Tania celebrates its 11th Annual Charity Day this April. A traditional end of season party, Charity Day raises funds for the fight against cancer by hosting various activities - including parades, contests, and events with live bands, dances, raffles, and auctions. The money raised over the years has been split between French and British Cancer Charities - including Cancer Research UK, the Sebastian's Action Trust, the Ligue Nationale Contre le Cancer, and The M©ribel Red Nose Appeal. Fun for a good cause€" now what could be better than that?
