Contact the Broward County Clerk of Courts to obtain the correct paperwork necessary to file your pleading, which includes a location for you to make note of your address and the address of the other party in your civil complaint. You can call the Broward Clerk of the Courts at at (954) 831-6565 or find a location online at Browardclerk.org.

    • 2). Describe your complaint to the clerk so he can assist you in locating the correct civil pleadings forms. You can pick up forms at the courthouse or you can download them on the Broward County Clerk of Court's website.

    • 3). Complete your complaint paperwork, not excluding any pertinent details. Include your address and the address of the person to whom you are filing the pleading about. Give your paperwork to the clerk at the Broward County clerk's office so he can file the paperwork for you and start working on your case.
