A 7 Minute Diet Review and 7 Minute Muscle Review
I really wanted to do a 7 minute diet review and a 7 minute muscle review because these 2 programs in my opinion are just great.
They are very simple and quick to implement.
My story and what I want to achieve from doing the programs Before I go into the details, let me quickly tell you about my story.
First of all I am not "overweight" in the sense that I am ten or 20 kilos overweight.
I am 33 years old and my stomach has got a bit flabby with all the junk that I have been eating.
So my aim is to lose about 5 kilos (11 pounds).
Also, I play football.
I really want to get toned and fit for the upcoming season.
To sum up, my motivation is to lose 5 kilos and to get my body toned and fit.
What they are not In this 7 minute diet review and 7 minute muscle review I will tell you what these programs are not.
They are not a magic pill.
It won't happen overnight.
You must be prepared to do some work.
You must be motivated to lose weight or whatever your goals might be.
You must be organised and disciplined.
If you don't think you can do the above then I suggest you click the back button on your internet browser now! I don't know about you but if you want to achieve anything in life you must do some work.
Before you do the program I strongly suggest that before you start the program that you get yourself a diary.
The best thing to do is create yourself a little timetable.
Write out step by step the activities that you must do on a daily basis in order to achieve your goals.
The reason I suggest doing both the 7 minute diet and 7 minute muscle programs together is because it will give you the maximum effort.
Sure, you could only do one system and will still get results.
But if you want to achieve your weight loss goals faster you should do both programs at the same time.
