How to Use Your World Points From Bank of America
- 1). Review your most recent Bank of America WorldPoints credit card statement to determine how many points you have accumulated.
- 2). Go to Bank of America's WorldPoints website. Log-in with the same username and password used to access your WorldPoints credit-card account.
- 3). Click on the "Redeem Points" tab on the web page. You can then choose from the different categories of rewards presented to you. These categories include merchandise, gift cards, cash, travel, and charities.
- 4). Choose the specific reward you want to receive. Ensure that you have sufficient points from the World Point program to earn that reward.
- 5). Click on the "Redeem Reward" button after you have selected the reward you desire to receive. Depending on the type of reward you are redeeming, you may be prompted to provide additional information, such as a mailing address. The availability of the reward that you redeem depends on the type of reward you choose. For instance, a cash reward will be deposited into your Bank of America account almost instantly, but a gift card will take several days to receive through the mail.
