A raw food diet is fast becoming more and more popular as it is believed that it promotes a healthier body, prevents and cures diseases such as cancer, diabetes, skin problems, heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, depression and much more.
Governments are even advocating a "Five A Day" of fresh raw fruits and vegetables in a bid to keep you healthy.
We start to wonder why they are really doing it.
Is it too good to be true? Does it really work? Well, If your body is accustomed to cooked food which it has been used to all its life and you can suddenly or gradually change to a much healthier raw food diet, there is an initial element of sacrifice.
Your body begins to change, you lose excess fat, you become healthier, full of energy and more alert.
OF COURSE IT WORKS! A person has to try it for a month for themselves to see what all the fuss is all about.
You see, my friend, when you eat food in its natural state, the way nature has intended, good things start to happen.
Your body will begin to thank you for giving it what it needs and it will repay you handsomely.
The causes of many diseases will slowly but surely diminish, internal and external fat will disappear, digestion and elimination will improve and you will acquire more energy than you have ever had before.
It will boost your immunity and put you in a state of mental bliss.
This will make way for the body to start the healing process, should it have any other issues to deal with.
Being a raw food eater myself, I have managed to side step the genetic diseases and illnesses that afflicts my family.
Because of raw foods I am the only one in my family not living with a disease and guess what.
I am the only one in my family eating raw foods.
I try as best I could to get them round to my way of thinking but they don't even try.
What would you rather be? Lazy, unadventurous and diseased or full of energy and disease free.
I used to eat the standard cooked food diet and when I turned 30, I had high blood pressure and started to show the signs of diabetes with excessive thirst and blood sugar problems.
That is when I knew I had to do something.
Anything but what my family were doing.
The answer was easier than I thought - A RAW FOOD DIET.
I am now vibrant, completely healthy and full of energy, I will never look back.
