Like many other manufacturers, Lenovo also tries to differentiate itself in the section software customizing the user experience offered by the operating system Android 4.2.1 which is native in the Lenovo K900. At least in my opinion, the result is disappointing. The bottom toolbar icons have a finish that almost would qualify as €childish', but in this section obviously can have many different opinions.

Lenovo also offers a few adjustments with a layout and hierarchy other than those of a system Android pure, in which three different tabs offer us access to the most common settings (WiFi, Bluetooth, brightness or volume, for example), from which you can configure so-called €own settings'. In these last there are some oddities, such as €Pocket mode' in which the volume of tone call and notifications will be the most, or a feature that allows that we block the phone by shaking it again and again.
The lock screen has an interesting concept in which four icons - not configurable, are used by what we have seen - that allow access to the general release, and function of camera, messages and calls, in addition to displaying the time and the battery charge level. Lenovo K900 application menu displays the traditional array of icons with all installed applications, and to move from one side to another check as in Lenovo they have integrated a very showy €spherical' transition effect and which in my opinion is one of the successes of this customization.
That menu, however, not given access for example widgets from Android, that we will be able to hold your finger on the screen to insert new icons on the desktop, customize the theme or wallpaper or include these widgets that we have available. In essence, the user experience is not bad, but in this effort to customize this interface Lenovo has probably invested a time that really did not need. In any case can be that certain users appreciate leaving a pure Android experience, but I believe that none of the layers of personalization of the manufacturers exceeds that experience, especially when we talk about Android 4.3 and above all Android 4.4.
At the end of the day the question we wanted to answer was if we notice at some point that we were working with a handset with Intel processor, something that a priori might take back the potential buyers of these terminals.
Well, the answer is a clear and resounding Lenovo K900 Smartphone behaves exactly like a terminal based on ARM architecture processors. The app store has the same catalogue of solutions to install, and the execution of applications is as fluid as the comparable terminals.
