Stink bugs belong to the pentatomidae insect family. There are well over a 1000 different species of stink bugs located all over the world. Quite a number of species can be found in and around your garden and home. Generally stink bugs are viewed as an agricultural nuisance and agricultural pest. Stink bugs will not hesitate to settle and occupy the area and the space in and around your home, that is your garden or any other are which is rich in plant vegetation and landscape which is rich in plants, trees and flowers.
Stink bugs infestations are certainly big problems that most people are facing in their homes today. If you live in a stink bug country then certainly you know what it feels like to have your home invaded by these stinking buddies. Well the good news is that these stink bugs do not reproduce indoors and they don't feed on the stuff in your house. These creatures lack mouth parts and thus they cannot bite. However the stink bug will pierce you with the beak that it uses to suck fruit juices. This often feels like a small needle prick.
Vacuuming
The vacuum cleaner is certainly handy when it comes to the elimination of stink bugs. The ideal vacuums for this process are those vacuums that have a dust bag; you will be able to immediately seal it after removing the bugs and thus disposing them immediately. A small wet- dry vac will also be ideal, here you will be able to remove the stink bugs and drown them in the soap water. When going through with the stink bug elimination process you must always avoid crushing them as you will not be able to face that lingering smell that they will leave in your home.
