Whether it's for a party, to take the kids out trick-or-treating or just to dress up because you can, there are lots of Halloween costume possibilities. Snake Charmer

• This one is for men only. Dress up like a genie of sorts with baggy pants and a turban. Then attach a stuffed snake to a long wire so the snake is stiff. Stick the end of the snake in your pants so it comes from your boxers or underwear. Walk around carrying a flute or recorder pretending to play the music that charms the snake.
  
  

Miss Conception

• This is a perfect costume for anyone who's pregnant and really showing. Dress and primp yourself like a beauty pageant contestant with full hair and lots of makeup. Find an old prom dress or buy one at a thrift store. If you're not pregnant, stuff a pillow inside your clothes in the belly area to give the impression of a pregnant woman's stomach. Make a sash that says "Miss Conception" and wear it across your chest.
  
  

Twister Game

• This one can be really funny if you don't mind people randomly touching you. Find a dotted dress (for the ladies) or dotted pants and shirt (for the men). Or make your own by painting perfect circles in red, blue, yellow and green on your clothing. Make each circle about the size of your hand. Then create a headband and attach the spinner from the Twister game to it. Wear the spinner on your head as a hat so people can give a spin and play the game on you.

• Find an adult magazine cover you like and have it blown up into poster board size. Glue the cover onto a full-size piece of poster board. Cut out the face in the photo and board. Stick your head through the poster board and wear. Now you're a real-life walking adult magazine cover girl.
  
  

Hindsight Hospital Patient

• Find a hospital gown and a plastic butt. Plastic butts can be found at several gag stores such as Spencers as well as at Halloween costume shops. Pin the plastic butt to your underwear or shorts. Then put on the hospital gown. Tape the back edges of the gown onto the edges of the plastic butt so it looks like your butt is hanging out of your gown.
