Why You Shouldn"t Get A Flu Shot
The earth turned in its orbit, and once again we're preparing to greet flu season.
Along with endless, thought-to-be seasonally appropriate ads for flu shots.
All thinking people get their flu shot, the ads imply.
Gets you in the old ego, don't ya know.
And, the ads trill, no good parent would let their child go unprotected.
That covers the guilt angle.
Plus, doctors push flu shots like nobody's business.
You'd think they were on commission, what with all the pushing and shoving.
So you have to get by the authority figure play, too.
And they're all wrong.
Flu shots don't reduce the number of flu cases.
In fact, the shot can cause the flu! And flu shots don't eliminate any deaths.
Instead, flu shots maim and kill more people than the flu they were trying to avoid.
What flu shots do is put heavy metals and brain-inflaming, foreign toxins into your body.
Did you know if adults get one flu shot a year for five consecutive years (that's the way the test was set up), it doubles their risk of dementia? I don't know about you, but losing my brain over something that doesn't even work strikes me as a bad idea.
And kids? What we're doing to our kids with vaccines is nothing short of criminal.
Which brings up a point.
Did you know that our government-in-action made vaccines totally risk free-for vaccine manufacturers? If a vaccine maims or kills you, well now, that's a shame, but don't plan on suing or getting compensation of any sort.
Our government cemented that door closed.
In case you were wondering why vaccines come to us with inadequate testing-and certainly no long-term testing.
No matter how much health damage vaccine manufacturers cause-paralysis, death, Guillain-Barre, dementia, narcolepsy, auto-immune diseases, and on and on-they won't be held accountable.
Flu shots are a bad idea.
The smartest thing people can do is say 'no' to a flu shot.
For themselves and especially for their kids.
So what to do? Build up your immune system with vitamins and minerals.
We can't get enough nutrition from our food these days, so if you're not taking nutritional supplements, your immune system will fall for anything.
I wrote an e-book, Pep For The Pooped: Vitamins and Minerals Your Body Is Starving For, to show you just how to put together a solid, health-building nutrition program.
It's crucially important information for good health.
At the very least, take Vitamin D3.
Country Life makes a good one.
The research I read suggests 5000iu for adults and 1000iu for kids.
It would be excellent if your doctor tested your vitamin D levels.
It's always best to know exactly where you stand.
But I took vitamin D for a year before I could get tested, 5000iu every day.
I came out midrange, good, but not quite up to snuff.
And Vitamin D is about a whole lot more than the flu.
Every cell in your body has a special receptor for Vitamin D, which means it blesses absolutely everything.
If you want to get pregnant, take vitamin D.
If you have diabetes, take vitamin D.
If your memory isn't all it could be, take vitamin D.
If you catch every bug that comes your way, take vitamin D.
If you want to put an edge on your athletic skills, take vitamin D.
If you want to avoid melanoma, take vitamin D.
We're talking power, and we're talking glory.
Bottom line: You should probably take vitamin D.
But definitely don't get a flu shot.
