Building Muscle is just not all about exercising.
You need to have the proper nutrition along with the exercises for everything to work just right.
What your foods contain and the types of foods you eat are very important to muscle building.
Below are the three things that your food must contain: protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
Try to eat about 20% fat in your diet.
The more protein the better your exercises will go.
There is a general standard rule called 20-40-40, which means you need to consume at least 20% of fat and 40% of protein and carbohydrates.
Good carbohydrates come from foods such as potatoes, vegetables, and oatmeal.
There are some carbohydrates that are very bad for you and they include foods with sugar, such as desserts.
You should have no problems with avoiding fatty foods.
If the food is something that you would love to eat, most likely it is full of fat and is not good for you.
Muscle building nutrients do not involve the foods that you consume; it is how you go about consuming them.
You need to consume at least 4 small meals a day.
Instead of snacking all day long, you need to eat food 4 times a day.
By keeping your muscle building nutrients healthy and doing your exercises the way you should be doing them, you will be on your way to a great Muscle building routine.
Always eat something for breakfast and make sure to eat fruits and vegetables at each meal.
Drink lots of water.
Some other foods to avoid are processed foods such as frozen dinners, canned meat, and pizza.
No matter how much time you spend exercising, what you put into your body will make the difference in success and failure.
