Sleep apnea is a sleeping disorder that occurs when people stop breathing while they sleep.
Snoring is the first symptom and a good sign that you are vulnerable to this sleeping disorder.
You can tell if you have apnea or close to the point of have apnea if your snoring occurs in multiple positions for example snoring your back, or on your sides are significant signs of sleep apnea.
