    • 1). Remove the mounting bolts that secure the front tow hooks to the vehicle with the socket set and ratchet. Remove the sway bar bolts in the same method. Leave the bushing and bracket fastened to the bar.

    • 2). Align the supplied Push Beam Support Plates with the front frame rails of the truck. Bolt the support plates through the frame rails with the supplied hex head bolts and nylon lock nuts.

    • 3). Fasten the sway bar into the back holes of the Push Beam support with the hex head bolts and lock washers. Tighten all of the bolts to finger tight.

    • 4). Thread on the bolt puller on the hex head bolt to install. Insert the bolt puller through the frame rail and Push Beam Support Plates. Install lock washers and nuts on the bolts and finger tighten.

    • 5). Remove the bolts that secure the lower valance on the bumper and set valance aside.

    • 6). Remove the rear four bolts securing the metal skid plate. Install the Angle Bracket in between the skid plate and the frame, and fasten with hex head bolts and lock washers. Fasten the Bolt Bar through the cross member and into the center of the angle bracket. Secure finger tight with lock washer and nut.

    • 7). Attach the Push Beam with hex head bolts and nylon lock washers. Push the Push Beam into the air dam until it is 15 1/2 inch from the ground. This may cause the air dam plastic to deform slightly.

    • 8). Tighten all of the bolts to the recommended pressure using the chart in the Resource section as a guide.
