The are a number of key areas to focus on when attempting to get rid of man boobs. There is eating, exercising, staying motivated, fitting new routines into your lifestyle and so on. But the one area which shouldn't be too complicated or complex is the area of exercise. So for the sake of simplicity, I have found that there is one exercise that is superior to most others when it comes to building up muscle and burning fat in the chest area.

So when you learn of this exercise, don't make excuses, find a way to do it.  Whether you have had experience in the gym (even just being active in general) or you have never worked out before, it is easy to find simple and convenient ways to work out and blast away any chest fat you might have. You certainly don't need a gym membership and you don't need to have expensive equipment at home. You can buy resistance bands over free weights. Just be creative and find things in your home that you can use. At the very least, all you really "need" is a floor. Seriously.

The "Best" Exercise

By far, the best chest exercise for building up muscles in your chest (which in turn, get rid of man boobs more efficiently) is the chest fly, also known as butterflies. This exercise can be done on a bench with free weights, with resistance bands or there are machines at the gym that is specifically for chest flies.

One of the reasons why this specific exercise has found to be superior than the bench press or even pushups is because it targets working your chest at a different angle than most other chest exercises. While performing on the bench press and push-ups are both very efficient exercises to get rid of man boobs, the chest fly can work nearly all parts of the chest depending on the angle.

A Little Secret About Chest Flies

One of the little tricks I have learned over the years is the idea of holding the exercise at the top of the contraction. In other words, when I go to the top of the exercises, known as the squeeze, I hold it there for about 6-8 seconds, and then I slowly go back to the starting position.

If you are doing this correct, you will feel a good healthy burn that means you are really working that muscle. It is a good way to spice up the exercise and build up more muscle and muscle tone which will help to get rid of man boobs.
