How to Clean Soapy Mineral Deposits on Fiberglass Shower Stalls

    • 1). Pour undiluted white vinegar or hard-mineral cleaner into a plastic spray bottle.

    • 2). Spray the entire surface of the fiberglass shower stall with the cleaning solution and wait 15 minutes for the chemicals to loosen the soapy mineral deposits.

    • 3). Scrub the shower stall with the sponge to loosen and remove mineral deposits.

    • 4). Run the shower and direct the shower head across the walls to rinse away any vinegar or cleaning solution residue.

    • 5). Mix a paste of baking soda and white vinegar to smear on stubborn deposits if the first treatment did not completely clean the shower. Let the paste work 10 minutes before scrubbing with the sponge.

    • 6). Wipe the walls dry with a towel.
