10 Reason Why Sugar is Ruining Your Health When you eat just about any food today sugar of some form or other is one of the ingredients which make up the food you are eating.
This is called preprocessed food.
It is killing us.
It is killing our children.
We need to get back to the basics and try to cook and bake our food without addictives some of which we can't even pronounce their names.
Below are 10 things sugar can do to you: 1.
Rot your teeth.

Obesity 3.
ADHA (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) 4.
Memory loss 5.
Cause Toxemia during pregnancy 6.
Appendicitis 7.
Gout 8.
Cancer of the ovaries 9.
Suppress the immune system 10.
Can lead to alcoholism Yes we live in a time where time is essential.
Did you ever hear the expression there is never enough time during the day to get everything done? We take shortcuts and one of those shortcuts is our health.
 Our health is suffering from the vicious schedule we are on these days.
Work, friends, social obligations, etc.
What about ourselves? Our Children? The most important part of your day is now being skipped, it is not part of your schedule.
Cooking can be fun.
Have your kids help you cook.
It can become a special bonding time for you and your kids to get to know each other once again.
Let the kids cook while you supervise.
Let them come up with fun, colorful, healthy foods to eat.
They will be happier and their self-esteem will soar with the attention you are now fostering upon them.
Now take it a step further, after dinner or during the day have some fun time together as a family.
Take a walk, bike ride, go swimming anything you can do for exercise.
 Eating right and exercise are crucial if we are going to survive in this world full of bad choices of food to eat just because it is fast and easy.
When you start getting ill and need to go to your general doctor who then starts sending you to specialist, who will start ordering painful expensive tests and then have to take expensive medications for the rest of your life because of what you had been eating and not getting the proper exercise.
This can change.
Change is not easy but take baby steps.
Do it as a family.
Or just by yourself.
Do it for you.
