Recently I spent a weekend with a really good friend chowing down on Indian food, ice cream and buns.
From this cheat weekend I noticed I packed on a couple of pounds of fat.

1) Eat as much processed food as possible.

Plus there are hardly any vitamins or minerals in them so they'll make sure you're body won't be functioning properly either.
Processed foods include chocolate bars, crisps (potato chips), energy drinks, fast food, fizzy drinks, pastries, cakes etc.
Basically, the more packaging and processing the better.
2) Move as little as possible.
This is pretty self explanatory, if you don't move you burn less calories.

Stay seated and try not to move your legs and arms at all.
