The Phuket Simon Cabaret is an unusual cabaret show. It is one of the biggest transvestite shows on the island. The famous ladyboys (men, dressed as women) of Thailand are the main participants of this show. They have to undergo rigorous training to enhance their posture stamina and tone their bodies like women. They also inject hormones and undergo other cosmetic enhancements on their bodies to look, sound and behave like women. After a considerable length of time they do ultimately become women.
