The ideal time to conceive is 25 that is when you're at your most fertile and likely to conceive.
Beginning around 25 or 26, your fertility starts to decline.
This decline is relatively gradual for the next ten years.
It is not until you reach 35 that the process of becoming less fertile begins to accelerate more quickly.
By the time you reach 40, you're more likely to experience problems conceiving.
In fact, approximately 2/3 of women who are over 40 will experience issues with infertility.
There's no doubt, it's possible for a woman to conceive before the age of 18.
But that's not the best age to get pregnant.
A woman can conceive from the time she begins to ovulate until she reaches menopause.
Having said all of this, the time for you to conceive may not be at the ideal stage in your life when your most fertile.
Having a baby at 18, for example, can be an unwelcoming surprise which many women are not expecting.
It may not be the perfect time for a woman to conceive while she is most fertile.
She may want to spend some time mastering her career or following a lifelong dream.
Therefore, the ideal time is really up to you.
The best age to get pregnant is when you decide and are ready, it's a huge decision to bring a new born baby into this world.
