How to Negotiate with Priceline.Com
- 1). Go to Priceline.com and click on the link to the option you are interested in, whether it's hotels, flights, rental cars, cruises or complete vacation packages. Enter your travel information, including date of travel, location, number of people, company or anything else that applies. You can also combine two options to form a package, such as a flight and a hotel. Click "Search now!"
- 2). Click the Name Your Own Price" tab, which is located above the search results.
- 3). Select more details about your trip. For example, you might limit your hotel search to a specific neighborhood in a city, or limit your flights to only those that are non-stop. Type your name and click "Next."
- 4). Review your bid and then type your initials to state you agree with the terms and conditions of the website.
- 5). Enter your billing address and payment information. Click "Buy Now." Your bid will be reviewed and either accepted or rejected. If accepted, your negotiation was successful. If rejected, you can bid again after a 24 hour waiting period.
