How to Make a Plexiglas Fish Tank
- 1). Place several pieces of electrical tape on the outside of the Plexiglas to hold it together in a tank shape. Use enough tape to make sure the Plexiglas is somewhat stable.
- 2). Apply silicone to the inside corners of the tank to seal it together. Let it dry, and carefully remove the electrical tape. Apply silicone to the outside corners. Allow the tank to dry fully before moving.
- 3). Cut four pieces of plywood (about 2 inches wide) to the length of the sides of the tank. Use rubber cement to apply the plywood around the bottom of the tank. Allow to dry completely.
