The Orion HCCA 225 is an older simpler amplifier made by American mobile entertainment company, Orion. The 225 is a 25 watt amplifier meant to be used with interior speakers such as mid-range speakers and tweeters. This amplifier was designed to be used to augment the power supplied by the stereo's head-unit. - The HCCA 225 is a two channel amplifier; each channel has a 4 Ohm output of 25 watts. The lowest recommended impedance in stereo for this amplifier is 0.5 ohm. The fuse size is 35 amp.
- The amplifier has a signal to noise ratio of 110 dB with a THD of 0.03 percent and frequency response of 6hz to 30Khz +/-0.05dB.
