Candidiasis Treatment - Lymph System Being Activated

103 6
My friend is being treated for candidiasis and at about the four month part of her therapy which includes 200mg Sporanox and 500mg econazole daily (among other things).
She has severe mold allergies and was finally able to get a diagnosis and learn about this disease after having been very ill for almost 2 years.
There was mold in her old apartment which undoubtedly kicked this all off.
Anyway, she was doing really well, but for the last week or so she has felt horrible.
There are aching glands, pain in the back of her head, nausea, headache/congestion, runny nose, insomnia, gas, and increased fatigue.
It seems like die off (she hasn't had the gland issue for months), but she is pretty concerned about it.
She thought the EBV had already subsided and hopes this is not the cause.
She wants to know if it is possible to go through "die off cycles" and get one so bad after already being a few months into treatment.
She wonders if there is anything she should be doing besides drinking lots of water.
Dealing with the problem above, I would guess from her achy glands symptom that she is either fighting another virus (since the immune system is most likely still compromised by the yeast and mold) and/or you are detoxifying, and your lymph system is being activated/inflamed.
Maybe you should look for supplements that support your immune system (such as monolaurin, colostrum, echinacea, etc) and your lymph drainage.
Just a little thought of mine.
