Four Giraffes and a Lot of Leaves
Giraffes are the tallest animals living on land and the largest animal that chews cud as part of its digestion. They eat leaves, and they need very little sleep, about two hours a day. In the wild, other herbivores like to hang out with giraffes, as their height is great for spotting danger.
The giraffes have a large grazing area and plenty to eat, along with a barn for cover at night and in the rain.
They're placed at the zoo's edge, which means if you walk around the outside of the zoo, you can see them over the fence.
