*How to make the pasta by hand*.
Necessary ingredients for 1 person (can be cooked 100-130 g dry pasta): 1 egg 100-120 g of flour.
Hit the egg in a dry bowl and Beat with a spoon slightly.

But if you love and plan to cook noodles very often, then the machine will come in handy.
You can also cut the other shapes of pasta: 1.
Cutting into large squares of them can make lasagna.

The ribbed pastry knife sagries many small rectangles.

You can also make ravioli from this dough.
