Vista Security Center Won't Start
- 1). Click "Start," type "System Restore" in the "Search" box and press "Enter."
- 2). Click "Use a different restore point."
- 3). Click a date prior to the time the security center first broke.
- 4). Press "Next" to load your old settings, restoring the Security Center.
