When looking for fat loss you need to be aware of how fat is lost and what is needed in achieving it.
First you will never lose fat if you are consuming more calories and fat then you burn.
Second that not all calories are equal.
Some help your body burn more while others are simply wasted space and not beneficial in the slightest.
Everybody knows this right.
I agree this is pretty well known stuff but it seems like the things that everyone forgets.
Sometimes things are as simple as they seem.
But everyone can use a little leg up.
First all calories and food are not created equal.
For instance fiber is the best thing for ramping up your internal furnace and burning calories.
Not to mention that it is good for keeping your internal plumbing clean and other systems.
It is recommended that you have at least 25 grams of fiber a day.
I believe that most of these should be consumed at breakfast and lunch thereby allowing your body to use the fiber for a more long term energy burn and a higher metabolism.
Next every fire needs oxygen and water.
Simply put drink enough fluids preferably water to maintain hydration.
All sorts of bad things happen when your body is even the slightest bit dehydrated the worst of which is that your metabolism comes to a screeching halt.
This is defiantly not beneficial to fat loss, so give your body a chance and consume at least nine, 12 oz cups of water a day.
I realize this seems like a lot and when I switched from all coffee all the time to water I had to do it abruptly.
I would not allow myself coffee until I had two 12 ozers.
Then I had to do that again at lunch dinner and bed.
Now I had to use the bathroom a lot, from drinking so many fluids but I managed to change my habit.
Last oxygen, you need it so stop starving yourself of it.
Now this may seem a little brainless but it isn't really.
Everyone is going to immediately jump to the most obvious cause of lack of oxygen which is smoking and although you shouldn't smoke this is not what I am talking about.
I am actually talking about aerobic activity.
Forcing oxygen into your muscles to help with fat loss.
You need to realize that burning off fat is very similar to a burning fire.
Just as a fire will flourish with a gust of wind so will your fat loss.
So get off your rump and give yourself some oxygen.
