Ben Hogan Tour

Definition:

"Ben Hogan Tour" was, for several years, the name of the PGA Tour's developmental tour, what is today known as the Web.com Tour.

That tour was established in 1990, and golf equipment manufacturer the Ben Hogan Company was its first title sponsor. Hence, the tour was called the Ben Hogan Tour, or simply Hogan Tour.

The tour retained the Hogan name into the 1993 season, during which a new title sponsor (Nike Inc.) took over and the Hogan name ceased being used.

For more about the tour's history, see the Web.com Tour profile page.

Also Known As: Hogan Tour, Nike Tour, Buy.com Tour, Nationwide Tour, Web.com Tour
