Fast And Easy Way To Tighten Abs
I remember back in the day when I was a bit on the chubby side, I used to have this dream of having tight and ripped abs.
I'd go to the gym a few times a week, and I'd see a few guys there with these tight abs, but they weren't putting in as much effort into working out the abdominal area as I was.
This made me sick with jealousy, but it also made me more determined to achieve my dream of having tight abs.
"How could these guys be lazy with their abs workouts, and still have perfect abs, whilst I put everything into working out my abs, and still didn't have ripped abs?" That's what was going through my mind at the time.
You can imagine how this motivated me to work my tail off to achieve my goal of having tightened abs! I realised that the guys who had the perfect abs, were doing something completely different to me.
They were working smarter not harder! They were doing their sit-ups, with little effort, or so it seemed.
Whilst I put blood, sweat and tears into my sit-ups.
But it turns out, there is a correct way of doing them, and that's why the sit-ups were more effective for the "perfect abs guys".
Tighten Your Abs By Doing Sit-ups Correctly First of all, you lie down flat on the floor, make sure your comfortable! Also make sure there is enough room around you, you don't want to be bumping into anything.
Bend your knees a little, with your feet flat on the floor.
Cross your arms over your chest, now lift your chest up towards your knees.
Be sure you can feel a little strain on those abdominal muscles, you don't want to be working those leg muscles now, do you? And slowly let yourself back down to the original position.
That's it, that's how you do a sit-up correctly.
Now carry on working with your abdominal workouts - but remember it's not about how many sit-ups you actually do, it's about how many good ones you do!
