Chakra Energies - Why They Are Important in Meditation
The flow of life-force energy in the body is one vital aspect in meditation and beyond.
We know and have established the fact that there are several hundred places all in our body where there is an application of energy, they are what we call the major centers and we often call them chakras.
These are frequently what we focus on when we meditate.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means "wheel.
" These energy centers can be likened to wheels in a way that they are rotating energy currents.
Everyone has them and they are a reflection of your whole being.
The chakras are the means by which our body, mind, and spirit come together as one system, our individual holistic system.
Chakras can also be thought of as the physic spiritual energy sources.
The reason for this is they contain information on our health, emotions and energy levels.
The major chakras can be found along the spinal column from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
Each of these major chakras has a corresponding organ associated with it and it can be best visualized by certain colors.
Every chakra has a specific meaning.
There are also other locations of chakras which are also considered important and they are found on the palms of the hands, wrists, and at the bottom of the feet.
There are times that the chakras can be blocked which will not allow the energy to flow smoothly through the body based on a variety of factors.
Some are your health, diet, emotions, and lack of exercise.
A Pendulum can be used to measure the chakras for the flow of energy.
We will be discussing the different colors associated for each chakra and other attributes.
