England had a lot of luck at the draw and got Montenegro which was the simplest candidate possible in the second spot, and will probably have to compete with Ukraine for the first place in the group, let Montenegro to compete with Poland for the second one.
Spain, the actual World and European Champions was selected in the 5 countries Group I and will have to battle with France, Belarus, Georgia and Finland in what seems to be a very easy group for the ongoing champions.
