That is why you should eat high quality cakes, cookies, and chocolates instead of downing several pieces of cheap candy bars.

Try to also mix things up a bit. You can add some items that are not really sinful like pairing caramel sauce with some apples. You can also add walnuts to your chocolate. There are many ways on how to inject sweetness without having to eat entire pieces of sweets.

It is also wise to have fruits as well. Fruits are still sweet. They contain natural sugars in the form of fructose. This would give you the sweetness you crave for while also giving you more in the form of fiber and nutrients.

Do not skip your meals as well. Skipping meals would trigger the cravings. Space your meals in the proper way so you would not end up eating more and craving for sweets unnecessarily.
