The Right Tools for Oral Hygiene

You all know the traditional toothbrush but there are some more tools to be used for a perfect oral hygiene.

Toothbrush:  irreplaceable and indispensable, it should ideally be used three times daily after each meal. The purpose of brushing is to remove plaque deposited on the teeth. You can opt for a manual toothbrush or an electric toothbrush. There are three types of manual toothbrushes according to the severity of hairs: hard, medium or soft. To find one that suits you, take the time to test several models. In general, a model with soft bristles works for everyone. Choosing the right toothbrush is also includes the selection of the head of the toothbrush: articulated, simple or more complex with lengths and positions of different hair. 

A good toothbrush is perfectly marrying your teeth and enters it without difficulty in the gaps for optimal hygiene. 

We must change it at least every three months. Alternative to the manual toothbrush, the electric toothbrush makes brushing comprehensive. The rotary heads of these toothbrushes are often rounded and sophisticated, to achieve the teeth, the gingival crevices and interstices. Again, remember to regularly change the heads. For convenience, you can use an electric toothbrush at home and a manual toothbrush when you're away or your workplace.

Floss: It is useful or even indispensable complement of the brush to your teeth. Daily use of dental floss silk or nylon is used to remove plaque that accumulates in the interstices between the teeth, areas difficult to reach with a brush to teeth and prevent inflammation of the gums. Use it at least once a day. If you find that it is not easy to use, there is dental floss holder. Be careful not to make abrupt movements that could injure the gums.
