How would you like to re-invent yourself? Wouldn't it be great to get a body that you can show off to your friends and family? I'd like to show you a few simple things you can do starting right now that will change your life.

The first step is to change up your diet.
 I've found through the years that this can be the most difficult thing for people to do.
 After all, most of us have such busy lifestyles that we don't have time to make healthy food nor do we have time to eat it.
 You can start off by eating small meals that only contain 400 calories.
 Your meals can be simple such as a banana and a yogurt.
The next step is to get an exercise program in order.
 To lose weight you've got to find a way to burn those extra calories.
 A lot of people don't have time for a gym or they flat out don't want to go to a gym.
 What I recommend doing is picking an activity that will burn a lot of calories.
 I like to play basketball because I get a great workout and I also have a great time playing.
 You might choose to go swimming, biking, hiking, or find some other activity.
 Remember that you burn more calories outside of the gym than inside.
 This is why you need to stay active throughout the day to burn extra weight.
