Many people think a nice rear end comes with good genetics and mostly luck.
The truth is anyone can create a nice firm and good looking butt by following a few key exercises that particularly target your glutes.
Below I will give the top three butt exercises that if followed correctly will get you the results you want.
1.
Squats The first exercise on this list is Squats because they are simply one of the best, but they are also one of the most difficult.
There are several variations of the squat so I will only list one and that is the Chair Squat.
To perform this exercise stand with your feet hip width apart and while keeping your back straight lower your body as if you were seated in a chair and then come back up.
Repeat this exercise for three sets of ten twice a week.
2.
Lunges There are many variations of the Lunge, but the one that targets the glutes the best is the front lunge.
This exercise is performed by starting from a regular stance taking a large step and lowering until your knee almost touches the ground and then by rising and taking another large step and repeating this process until failure.
3.
Hip Extensions The hip extension targest the glutes perfectly and is sure to make your body sore.
The best way to perform this exercise is by using weights.
While on all fours place a weight in the area behind your knee then curl and raise that leg up and down until exhaustion.
Hopefully with a little dedicated work and a little pain from these exercises you can achieve the results you desire.
