In this article I want to talk about my personal experience with teeth whitening products and what has worked for me.
Whitening teeth has become extremely popular in later years, and with celebrities doing it, it is understandable that a lot of people want whiter teeth as well.
I have to admit that my teeth has never really been literally yellow, I guess they have more or less been of average discoloring, but I have always wanted a true white smile.
No shame in that, right? First I tried certain home treatments, like mixing hydrogen peroxide and baking soda on my toothbrush.
This actually works pretty well, and I was extremely surprised about that.
It was cheap, and I defiantly recommend giving it a shot.
After trying these home treatments, I went on to buying different teeth whitening products, at various price ranges, over a period of about two years.
Trust me; I have tried a lot of different brand, ranging from the most advertised and so called "best" products, to the cheaper ones that you get at the grocery store.
And here is the shocking part; they all gave pretty much the same result, no visible difference at all.
I have not tried to get my teeth whitened at the dentist yet, but I will get that done within the year.
