Any twists in the tube should be straightened out and the tube should be sitting up against the tire. Slightly inflate the tube and keep an eye out for any twists you might have unnoticed. Place the wheel back into place on the bike. If you are using your hands, you can push inside the wheels rim. If you are using a tire iron, use it as a lever by inserting it against the wheels inside rim and pushing gently sliding the iron around the wheel until it is fully in place. Fully inflate the tube and put the wheel back on.
