Your job is not you Some people believe it is their profession that defines their identity.
This should not be the case.
Your job profile is a part of you and is not everything about you.
As a professional, you should learn to set clear distinction between your personal and social life.
Remember, you will change jobs and will retire but your family will be there with you forever.
Pamper yourself In addition to distributing time between work and family, you should have some time for yourself as well.
Be it going to gym, watching your favorite TV series or reading a book, give yourself some private time.
Get enough sleep and rest.
