Crepe paper is a widely used gift-wrapping material. In many ways it is similar to tissue paper, but it is wrinkled and usually heavier. The wrinkles are achieved during manufacturing by pulling through the wet paper through heavy rollers. Due to the wrinkles, crepe paper is easy to stretch. Once you stretch it, it may easily rip. The quality of crepe paper varies by brand. Normally, the best quality is the most stretchable, but it may not always make sense to opt for the more expensive option.

Flint papers are thin and normally high gloss available by large sheet. They come in dozens of different colors and are easy to work with.
