Skinny Guy? Build Muscle Without Wrecking Yourself
Can the skinny guy build muscle without consuming all their time, their money, their energy and their motivation? This is a question that has been asked by many a skinny guy hardgainer as they ponder what little muscle gain they have achieved after weeks or intense training and a cupboard full of supplements that promise miracles.
I used to be that guy too...
until I found the real reasons why I was failing to make the gains I wanted.
This is a list of a few lessons I learned that might be helpful to you if you are sick of being skinny and weak and want to have that buff ripped body that gets attention.
Pick a program and stick to it I admit I was a program hopper.
I would stick to something for a few weeks then get discouraged.
I would stop, then get angry at myself for stopping and blame the workout advice I received and would go look for another one.
Rinse and repeat many times to find later this was a problem with ME not the workouts.
I look back and some were terrible and some were actually not too bad but the biggest problem lay in other aspects of my training regime but most importantly my inability to stick to something and make it work.
Do your research, pick something and stick with it or you will never get the momentum and motivation to succeed.
