    • 1). Double-click the "Web Easy 7" program icon on your desktop to open it. Or select "Web Easy Professional 7" from the "All Programs" list of the "Start" menu to open the program. Click "Register Now" or "Later" to register the program.

    • 2). Click the "Blank Site" button on the "Activity Center" screen. Click a template option for the screen size and number of pages you want to create from the categorical tabs (such as, Blank, Business or Family and Personal) displayed on the screen. Click "OK" to have the website document appear in the Web Easy workspace.

    • 3). Click the "Edit" button to view the Edit Taskbar. Click the "Text" button. Click "Insert" and select either "Plain Text," "Rich Text" or "Graphic Text." Click anywhere in the Web Easy workspace where you want to insert text. Type text on the screen in the text editor frame and click anywhere outside the frame when finished.

    • 4). Click and drag the text frame anywhere on the screen to reposition it. Click on the text frame to select it in "Object" mode. Click "Font" from the Edit Text toolbar to select a different font style and format for your text. Click "OK."

    • 5). Click "Page" from the Edit Taskbar and select "Background." Click each of the "Color," "Gradient," "Texture" and "Pattern" tabs, depending on the style you want for your background. Select the colors, texture or patterns you want for the background. Click "All Pages" if you want the background applied to all pages of your website. Click "OK" to apply the background.

    • 6). Click "Image" on the Edit Taskbar. Click "Insert." Navigate to the photos and images you want to place on your website. Click on each of the photos that you want to insert, holding down "Ctrl" to select multiple files. Click the "Open" button and click anywhere in the workspace to insert the image files.

    • 7). Click on a photo or image you have inserted in the Web Easy workspace. Click each of the "Size," "Crop," "Rotate" and "Effects" buttons on the Edit Image Taskbar if you want to edit your image or apply special effects. Click "OK" to apply the changes.

    • 8). Click on a text or image placeholder where you want to insert a link to another website or to a page in your current website document. Click the "Link" button on the Edit Taskbar. Select the "Link Type," such as "Internet Web Page." Type the website's full URL in the box and click "OK."

    • 9). Click the "Next Page" icon in the top right corner to be taken to the next page of your site so that you can modify and edit it. Click "Page" from the Edit Taskbar and then "Insert" to create a new page. Select the page type and click "OK."

      Press "F8" to preview your website in your Internet browser. Click "OK" to open your browser and view your website. Close the browser when you're finished previewing your site.

      Click the "Home" button. Click "Build" and then "Web Site." Click the "Browse" button and select a location on your computer in which you want to store the website package. Type a name for the website package. Select "Current Page" or "All Pages." Click "Build As" and select the type of website you want to build (such as HTML or XHTML). Click "OK" to create and save the website package.
