Fill the base of your hookah with juice, as you would normally do with water. Leave at least 2 inches above the juice for smoke to collect.

Pack the hookah bowl with tobacco of your choice.

Set up hookah as usual.

Smoke hookah. You should definitely taste the flavor of the juice coming through with the tobacco.
