Eating to build muscle is the smartest and most guaranteed way to grow muscle and have a perfect body.
There is a problem in bodybuilding.
A lot of people think that their work is done in the gym.
That just by playing around in the gym and breaking down weights, lifting and pressing is the only thing they need to do.
That's all perfect and its is a large percent of the process but you need to eat right if you want to build muscle.
If you eat properly if you watch what your scuffing down in your throat and combine that with a crazy solid workout then you are more than half way through.
Put in work in the gym, put in work in the kitchen and you will be more than happy with the result.

Saying no to your favorite foods is more than difficult that's understandable but that's something you need to do if you really want to grow muscle.

How can you eat to build muscle? Well the first thing you need to do is split your meals.
The worst thing you can do is eat 3 huge meals and think your eating to build muscle.
You're not, your growing fat.
So you should keep an eye on your meals.
consume 4 to 5 meals a day.
Now that is a smart thing to do, doing that will help you gain muscle and also help you burn fat.

The next thing you need to do is focus on your protein.
Protein is always going to be your life blood.
So stick to it.
Eat 1 gram of protein for 1 pound of body weight.
Next you need to watch your carbs.
Carbs can really boost your gains.
or they can destroy it for you.
Go low on your carbs unless its post workout, in that case you can afford to scuff down a lot of carbs otherwise you need to be easy on them The last thing to do when eating to build muscle is the most important.
Fats! Avoid fats.
Fast food, chocolate bars etc will all kill you and I repeat.

So try and stay away from them as much as you possible can So these are the simple steps you need to follow when eating to build muscle.
