Do You Have Problems Sleeping and Waking Up in the Morning?
Do You Have Problems Going to Sleep at Night? Ever since I was a baby I wanted to stay up late and sleep late in the morning.
After I started to school and later to work I learned that the world was not set up that way.
I would lay awake dreading to get up the next morning.
I felt groggy and cross.
I don't like coffee so I drink a soft drink with caffeine every morning to get myself awake.
Does this maybe sound like you? Or perhaps you are not a "night person" like I am but you lay awake worrying over problems.
You just can't turn your mind off.
But you still feel the same as I do the next morning; groggy and your mind all fogged up.
Some Tips to Help You Sleep Much Sounder at Night:
I do this all the way down my body.
Then I start at my feet and say, "feel as if your feet don't belong to your body", then I say "feel as if your calves don't belong to your body".
I do this all the way up to my head.
Then I say, "feel as if your head isn't attached to your body".
By then I can only feel my head.
To go into a deep relaxing trance a lot quicker, especially if you are a beginner, listening to brainwave recordings will give you a deep natural sleep.
Using the correct recording will slow down your brainwaves and quiet the thoughts that you just can't seem to turn off.
One brainwave recording mimics the first half of the sleep cycle and is intended to give your sleep cycle a good start on its way through the night.
My husband and I listen to this one, or one of the recordings that put you in a deep trance, and combine it with one of the hypnosis recordings available.
Although we are asleep the words in the hypnosis recording is heard by our sub-conscious mind.
Of course, there are some nights we do go to bed too late and feel sleepy the next morning.
There is a handy little 15-minute fast recording that clears the cobwebs out of our head, opens up our sinuses and reduces the swelling in our faces.
We've used the set of brainwave recordings for two years and can't imagine life without them.
