Patrick is one of the millions of people who have recently decided to take up yoga.
More and more people are becoming interested in yoga these days.
And why not? It looks easy enough when you see it on TV.
But there's a lot more to yoga than what you see in the soaps so before Patrick just dives into a class he shouldn't be diving into, he should probably get some more information.
There are several different types of yoga and some are for more advanced students.
For example, Patrick would be in big trouble if the first time he ever attended a yoga class he ended up down front in an Ashtanga class.
And he would probably never go back again if he accidentally attended a Bikram class his first time out.
But there are loads of beginner yoga classes that would be perfect for Patrick if he only knew what they were called.
