Cateye Triple Shot Removal

• 1). Remove the support strap that secures the Cateye Triple Shot battery unit to the bicycle down tube. The support strap has Velcro at both ends.
  
  
• 2). Detach the support strap from around the battery unit. The support strap is permanently attached to the battery bag at one end. The other end has Velcro.
  
  
• 3). Grab the head of the battery cable plug at the point where it attaches to the switch unit plug. Turn the two plugs counterclockwise against one another and separate them.
  
  
• 4). Slide the adjuster away from the back of the switch unit, giving the switch unit strap extra slack. Detach the strap from the front of the switch unit.
  
  
• 5). Open and loosen the headlight quick-release mounting bracket lever. Remove the mounting bracket, along with the mounting bracket rubber shim, headlight and switch unit from the handlebar.
  
  

Cateye Triple Shot Installation

• 1). Wrap the rubber mounting bracket shim around the handlebar just to the left of the handlebar's center.
  
  
• 2). Attach the mounting bracket with the attached Cateye Triple Shot headlight around the rubber shim. Adjust the headlight so that it is even. Tighten and close the mounting bracket quick-release lever.
  
  
• 3). Place the switch unit atop the right side of the handlebar. Wrap the attached strap around the underside of the handlebar and loop it onto the front of the switch unit. Push the strap adjuster toward the back of the switch unit to tighten the strap and secure the unit.
  
  
• 4). Fit the battery unit beneath the bicycle frame top tube, with the battery unit bag seam face down and the fold line in front.
  
  
• 5). Wrap the battery unit bag fixing strap over the top tube but beneath any gear and brake cables. Attach the fixing strap to the other side of the battery unit bag.
  
  
• 6). Attach the support strap to either side of the battery unit bag and loop the strap beneath the bicycle frame down tube, directly below the battery unit. Attach the other end of the support strap to the other end of the battery unit bag.
  
  
• 7). Connect the battery unit plug to the switch unit plug. Turn the two plugs clockwise against one another for a secure fit.
