    No Power

    • 1). Turn the power switch on the control board to the "Off" position by sliding it to the right.

    • 2). Place a flat screwdriver on the control board box. Turn the screw counterclockwise to loosen and pull the screw straight out.

    • 3). Tighten the second and third screws from the top on the left side to ensure a connection to power. Tighten the screw on the bottom holding the wire in place from a battery connection.

    • 4). Tighten connection screws on all of the control board to the incoming power source and the outgoing signals for the gate opener. Observe any wires that are not wrapped at least one-half circle under the screws between the two brass washers for a good connection. Loosen a screw, tuck the wire tightly between the washers and tighten with a flat screwdriver.

    • 5). Press the electrical transformer cord tightly into the power outlet to ensure it is operational.

    • 6). Replace the cover on the control box, place the screw in the middle and tighten it in a clockwise direction.

    • 7). Turn the power switch on the control box to the "On" position.

Gate Banging Closed or Not Closing Entirely

    • 1). Press the "Open" button on the keypad or the remote control while standing near the control box.

    • 2). Turn the control box to the "Off" position when the gate is fully open.

    • 3). Press and hold the remote control while sliding the control box to the "On" position. Hold the button until an alarm sounds. This signifies the gate opener is in the programming mode.

    • 4). Press and hold the remote control button while the gate closes and release it when it is fully closed without banging on the terminal post.

    • 5). Press and hold the remote control to open the gate fully. There will be one beep to signify that the new setting is stored in the opener.

    Gate Closing Speed Adjustments

    • 1). Turn the bottom switch on the control box to the "Off" position.

    • 2). Place a flat screwdriver in the center screw of the control box. Turn the screw counterclockwise to loosen and pull it straight out. Pull the cover straight off the control box.

    • 3). Place a flat screwdriver in the slot on the "Auto Time Close" adjustment dial.

    • 4). Turn the screwdriver left to decrease the amount of time between opening and closing the gate and right to increase the auto close time.

    • 5). Replace the cover on the control box, insert the middle screw and tighten it in a clockwise direction.
