Make an okay sign with the thumb and index finger of your left hand.
3.

Then make an okay sign with the thumb and index finger of your right hand.

Wrap this at the base of your tool as close to the pubic mound as possible.
7.
Slide your right hand up until you reach the head.
8.
Release your right hand fast and wrap it again at the base.
Your left must maintain its grip of the head.
9.
Slide the right hand up again.
10.
Repeat steps 6 - 9 for about five minutes everyday.
The whole jelqing procedure is similar to how you would milk a cow thus others call it the milking technique.
