Google Web History

• 1). Navigate to google.com, and sign in to your Google Account using the "Sign In" link in the top-right corner of the page.
  
  
• 2). Click the gear-shaped button in the top-right corner of the page. Click "Web History." Your Google history is displayed on the page that loads. If "Web History" doesn't appear in the drop-down menu, it is not being used with your account.
  
  
• 3). Delete specific items from your history by selecting their respective check boxes and clicking "Remove." These terms will no longer appear in the suggestion box unless they are very popular with other Google users. Click the "Clear entire Web history" link to remove all of your previous search activity. Click "Clear History" on the following page to confirm your choice. Your Google search history is started from scratch.
  
  
• 4). Click your Google account name in the top-right corner of the page, and choose "Account settings." Click "Edit" next to the "My Products" heading. Click "Remove Web History permanently" to clear your search history and completely remove the feature from your Google account. Select the check box on the following page, and click "Remove Web History." Your personal search history will no longer influence the suggestion box when you're logged in to your account.
  
  

Clear Cookies

• 1). Clear your cookies in Internet Explorer to remove personal search records stored by Google. Click "Tools" on the menu bar, and click "Internet Options." Click "Delete" in the "Browsing History" section. Select the "Cookies" check box, clear the others, and click "Delete."
  
  
• 2). Clear your cookies in Mozilla Firefox to remove personal search records stored by Google. Click the "Firefox" menu in the top-left corner of the window, choose "History," and click "Clear Recent History." Choose "Everything" from the drop-down menu. Select the "Cookies" check box, clear the others, and click "Clear Now."
  
  
• 3). Clear your cookies in Google Chrome to remove personal search records stored by Google. Click the wrench-shaped button in the top-right corner of the window, choose "Tools," and click "Clear browsing data." Choose "the beginning of time" from the drop-down menu, and select the "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" check box. (Clear the others.) Click "Clear browsing data."
  
  
• 4). Clear your cookies in Apple Safari to remove personal search records stored by Google. Click the gear-shaped button in the top-right corner of the window, and choose "Reset Safari." Clear all the check boxes except for "Remove all cookies." Click "Reset."
  
  
• 5). Clear your cookies in Opera to remove personal search records stored by Google. Click the "Opera" menu in the top-left corner of the window, choose "Settings," and click "Delete Private Data." Click "Detailed Options," clear all the check boxes except for "Delete all cookies," and click "Delete."
