Balloon Archway

• 1). Inflate 40 to 50 balloons with helium and join them in pairs using balloon ties.
  
  
• 2). Tie the pairs into a long line with string.
  
  
• 3). Tie a balloon weight to both ends of the string so that the string of balloons becomes and arch. Space the ends of the arch 2 to 3 feet apart. Have the kids walk under the archway as they enter the party area.
  
  

Circus Tent for an Outdoor Party

• 1). Erect a party tent in your backyard and put the sides down. Leave the doorway open.
  
  
• 2). Cover the doorway with streamers for guests to walk through when entering the circus.
  
  
• 3). Decorate the outside of the tent with cardboard cutouts of circus animals such as decorated horses, lions and bears riding tricycles.
  
  

Three Rings for an Indoor Party

• 1). Decide on the location for your three-ring show. The first ring will contain the gift table. The second, or middle ring, will feature your entertainment, and the third ring will have the cake.
  
  
• 2). Create the rings with black masking tape.
  
  
• 3). Dim the lights in the party area and shine a large flashlight on your center-ring during the performance. Add taped circus music to enhance the effect.
